Terrible shop. Go in ask their “knowledgeable staff” for coils showing them the type of vape etc get sold the wrong coils then told “oh sorry I can’t do anything we don’t do refunds.” As he pulls out the correct coils… Absolutely ridiculous. I could understand if I asked for the wrong thing or didn’t have a receipt or even if they were opened but no, this place is a joke zero accountability or attempt to remedy their screw up. Not to mention, all while I just watched him swap out a vape for a girl after she had left the store and came back complaining about said vape. Funny how that works Mr, Keaton….

I was at work and my vape accidentally dropped.i don't get off until midnight and just thought I'd give it a shot and see if anyone was open later. She was not but she went out of her way to bring me a coil so I didn't have to go without the whole night. I'd go by and see her again
