Very nice store, the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell. Good prices, lots of options.

I’ve had repeated issues with staff at this location. On one visit, I was sold a pod that was incompatible with my device, despite showing it to the employee and having them check it. I had to return to the store the next day when the manager was in, and they had to get owner approval to fix it. I almost had to just eat the cost of the wrong pod. Today, the same employee was rude and dismissive while I was trying to confirm the nicotine strength of my juice. And also straight up told me I "didnt want" the juice I originally inquired about. I was told she is being promoted to manager, which makes me even less confident in this location’s service. The manager before this new girl was awesome, but with the switch in management I will not be back

Asked about $15 disposable vapes, was told “we don’t have any” and told them the sign says so out front. They didn’t believe us, we had to literally show them the sign. It’s been on this window every day forever. If you don’t carry $15 vapes, don’t advertise that you do. Will take my business to Vapor Dynamix Edit: 4/29/25 4:51pm - They didn’t say they were “out of stock”. They acted as if they didn’t carry them at all and looked at my wife and I like we were crazy.
