I come to cloud chaserz damn near everyday I love the people there they’re so helpful and kind❤️❤️❤️

The prices are still lower than anywhere else. All locations are great in my opinion but this one in particular has a great crew. I recently left my phone at the counter and they had it safe for me when I was panicked. Which sounds like common decency but in this day and age, most people fail to meet the basic customer service standards. That was integrity and I appreciate them and you should shop there

I've been a regular for over a year now and went into to Cloud Chaserz Sunday (two days ago). I go in with my fiance for some pre-rolls and as I'm checking out, a man walks up to the register where another man is checking me out so I can pay, and holds up a piece of paper with writing on it that looks like a letter and said to me "Is this you, Megan?" And I was so shocked and embarrassed that they would be holding up some piece of paper with writing on it asking if it was me, that I immediately laughed at them and told them no, out of embarrassment and shock. I have no idea what the letter said but I had my fiance with me and I didn't want to hang around for long because my fiance doesn't know I smoke THC and I didn't want him knowing I was in there buying prerolls and risk him finding out I smoke. So I just bolted out of there as fast as I could. Then my fiance is asking if the guy was hitting in me since he saw that man holding up a piece f paper with writing on it. My fiance thought the guy was hitting on me. The whole situation was so random and odd that I can't bring myself to go back. But my fiance was questioning me when we left Cloud Chaserz on Sunday about this man holding up a piece of paper with writing on it and he thought I was getting hit on and I'm baffled because they're asking me about some letter with writing on it and was just embarrassed. I just want to go in and go shopping without the staff acting weird and confronting me about something I'm clueless about. I just want to be left alone when I go in without the staff being weird. Just let me by my pre-rolls, check me out, let me pay and let me leave. I wound up just going to a different smoke shop yesterday for my pre-rolls instead and this new place gave me a better deal on prerolls than Cloud Chaserz ever did. Cloud Chaserz used to even give me free pre-rolls sometimes when I'd come in because I shopped there so much but they don't even give me little bonus prerolls anymore but this new smoke shop on Peoria gave me a ton of freebies and a better deal than Cloud Chaserz ever did so I'll probably just quit going to Cloud Chaserz and go to this smoke shop on Peoria instead. I just don't know if I can go back to that store, which sucks because I live so close to Cloud Chaserz but I'm willing to shop somewhere else where the staff doesn't act weird and where I can get more for my money. Good job on losing a regular customer, Cloud Chaserz. You guys made me so uncomfortable and freaked out and embarrassed last time I was in.

I really enjoy all of their products and they are all very reasonably priced. The last time I went I ended up walking out with about $50 in free merchandise because of all the sales that were going on and rewards for first-time purchases of certain products. I feel like I always get double mu merchandise for my money when I go there. Love them!

Loved it, got treated well, will definitely come back!
