I hate to say it but I went in because I bought a vape and within one night it was leaking out the seams all over the place and the supposed manager named jet was there and he treated me so bad he disrespected me he ignored me pushed me aside while other customers come in and when I initially came in I was the only one in the store they lied to me about the price on products the day before or they was misinformed themselves The manager seem to think if he was the manager that it was okay cuz when I asked his name and I said when I come back in and have the same issue can they call you to verify or can you talk to your employee and he goes I'll try you can try and then proceeded to ignore me again and talk to the other customer they was looking at me like what the heck so I did get replacement vape also they've lost a customer and anybody else I have to do with that I recommend which I am in retail sales so a lot of people ask me in my opinion about different places I recommend, so no more high times I wouldn't go there if it was my last breath and the last place on the earth sorry to give such a bad review I've never gave a bad review before but this place does not deserve to be in business if they're hiring managers to handle their business that's away if a real manager or a real owner which I actually met her one day I don't remember her name she seemed very nice if they read this review and would like to get a hold of me I would to tell them the whole story or they could pull the cameras for July 4th and July 5th . More expensive than everyone else in area. Cheap products! Paid $8 for something most places charge $4 or $5, only worked 2 days. Location is very convenient for me however I drive outta my way not to shop there.

I used to go here every week, and the owners would always negotiate with their unusually ABSURD PRICES on disposables. idk why but they don’t want to negotiate anymore so I ended up going to the Phillips 66 on 31st and memorial. Use to be my go to shop NOT ANYMORE. Btw the pictures posted in my review are for the Phillips 66 on 31st

Friendly staff affordable prices good location

Bought a BIC lighter yesterday. 1 big and 2 mini. The lady at counter with hair like a man flicked each lighter once. When I got in car to light my cigarette the lighter would not work. I went directly back in store and told her they did not work. She argued with me and told me I had to buy another because all sales were final! Then she tried to light it again and it would not work even for herself. Then checked the rest of her trays of BIC lighters and they would not work either. Majority of them. She still refused to give me a lighter without buying another one! DO NOT BUY THE BIC LIGHTERS FROM HERE. They are aware they do not work and still selling them to people.
