I had a fantastic experience at this store! From the moment I walked in, there was a wonderful vibe—everything felt welcoming, and the store was bright, clean, and organized. The shelves were full of products, and the employees were incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took the time to explain exactly what the product was, how it worked, and even what it wouldn't do. I never felt like just a customer; they truly cared. I’ll definitely continue coming back!

First time buying at the Tulsa store and wow was the person rude. Tall skinny guy with long black hair acting like I was disturbing his personal phone call. Long standing high volume buying customer treated like I was a thorn in his side. I don’t recommend no one to buy at that location. Go to Muskogee store. They know how to treat customers! Close Tulsa location of get different help or give classes in manners. I’m still upset on how I was treated and will let everyone know I know.

There should definitely be more than five stars for this place. Cool well informed employees, great products and amazing deals, and they take great care of Veterans and first responders.

I came into the shop today looking for a charger and was pleasantly surprised by how clean and neat it looked. Thanks to Jess, I had an excellent customer service experience - she saved me a lot of time in finding what I needed. Her professionalism is greatly appreciated, and her dedication to providing quality service is commendable!
