Great little cigar shop. I’ve been a member for over a year now, and due to my line of work I don’t get to pop in as often as I’d like. So it’s always refreshing when the staff has great energy and good vibes. Johnathan sold me the membership. Stopped in today and Terry was awesome. She made some great suggestions, had a warm and welcoming attitude, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. I didn’t even have my locker key on me, and she just handled it without hesitation. Not really sure what compelled me to finally write a review, but I’d had kind of an odd workday, and stopping in there turned my mood around a bit. Even though she wasn’t a familiar face to me, she made the place feel familiar. That kind of customer service goes a long way.

Been to multiple different cigar lounges in the area and this is my favorite one. Great customer service, extremely knowledgable, and great prices. I get a cigar every Friday and this is now my go to spot.

Selection and prices are good, but it's the customer service that keeps us coming back! Jonathan made us feel welcome from our first visit. Cigars can be an intimidating world for novices, but Jonathan is a wealth of knowledge and a true cigar concierge.

Always polite kind and courteous staff. Always have exactly what I'm looking for.
