Horrible service I recommend you don't buy. If the bong you have purchased is not in stock they will send you one that they feel is acceptable. And not tell you until it arrives even tho you have to leave contact info before you purchase and then will expect you to send it back and wait weeks for your refund. I was credited a measley 20$ I can't believe that was the best they can do I'm warning you people there are much more trustworthy and better deals then this store. Recommend your business goes elsewhere. Well what about this huge crack in it

This was my first time ordering from here. Prices are amazing also shipping was accurate ,and fast. I can't find my vape local to me on Texas which is the rush vape bar. I was able to finally get in contact with customer service and they happily fixed my order. I’m really happy it’s being shipped out to me and I can continue to do business with them. I’ve been looking for a wholesaler so I’m excited things worked out for the better. I’m not sure who I was speaking to but they seemed really nice and concerned with why my package didn’t ship. Super awesome company. I have purchased a few pieces off their website so I am a repeat customer. The website is very user friendly and the selection is superb! So many pieces to choose from and they have different brands too. The prices are also extremely affordable, way better than going to a Glass shop. To top if off, the shipping is super fast as well, got it within a week from ordering it! ALSO.... they hooked me up with a free Raw Clipper Lighter! I had an issue with one of the pieces I bought and emailed them right away about it. I personally dealt with Rohail from their customer service and he got another piece mailed to me and corrected the issue even though it was not their mistake. I have already told my sister about this company and a few other friends as well and you bet I'll be buying the next pieces from them. Thanks Sooner Distributers, keep up the incredible job!
