U suck vapes is one of my favorite places to go. The team is amazing. Love to see how helpful and courteous every one is. All of them! Paige, Todd, Kyle, Nym; and Zakk the manager!! Much love y’all! Tons of selections, more than any other You Suck Vapes location in Tulsa AND Owasso! Staff was also very nice and SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE! Even tho I live in Owasso and very close to that location, I'll drive to this location when making vape purchases even!

AMAZING customer service! Super knowledgeable, pretty good stock & can't beat the prices! Only vape store that I frequent at & get the same awesome customer service everytime I go plus they have a rewards program! 10/10 would recommend!

Never been to “you suck vapes” before. Let me tell you about my first experience that made me never come to this vape shop. On 08/29/2025 I came into the you suck vapes store at 41st and Sheridan. Not a lot of product to select from. I asked the employee about the “spaceman” vapes. The employee named Todd told me that it was a good vape and had good flavor. When I asked to see it he held it and said he “couldn’t let me hold it”, which was weird because I had never seen the vape before. I understand he don’t want people running out with the vapes but come on let people see what they are gonna buy. I bought the vape and I tested in the shop. The vape was burnt. I told Todd about it and he said he could exchange it. I gave the 1st vape to him, he turned around wiped it off and tested it. Basically as if he didn’t believe me. I said it taste burnt don’t it. He said yea. He then exchanged it for another vape. I opened that vape up and same thing it tasted burnt. I told Todd again it tasted burnt. Todd tested it and said “hmm it might be that flavor”. I asked Todd if I could exchange it for a different type of vape and I would pay whatever is left over. Todd stated he couldn’t do that. He said he can exchange it one more time. He exchanged it for the 3rd time and again it is burnt. Todd then said that I may have to let the juice get in the coil since the coil is new. Now I am stuck with a vape that i can’t use because it’s burnt. I feel that since he tried the vape 2 times and they tasted off to him to I should have been able to exchange it for another type of vape. Never again will I ever come to any “you suck vapes”. This is basically robbing people of their money for things they can’t even use. I have called to different you suck vapes locations to speak to a manager and nowhere has a manager available. I can’t believe this is how “you suck vapes” do business… (All of this happened before I left the store and right in front of Todd).
