Every time I come in here the staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Its my favorite place to go because they make me feel like im family!! Malik, Joy, Chase and Zane - and everyone there - are truly the nicest people and best customer service ever! Definitely worth checking out. 💯

I came in just to get a couple of items, then the owner, Malik, overheard my story about how my house had burned down last year... I REALLY needed a backpack. I 💚 that it locks! So, he proceeded to help me out with some discounts. I got the sickest backpack with an astronaut on it! The store was immaculate, the other workers were very friendly and knowledgeable. I will MOS DEF be back!

I think it's the boss but he is so very kind I had a incident there and he gave me store credit and was so nice and helpful!!!! I had the same incident happen at a z cloud yesterday and the guy was so rude and didn't help me and scammed me so It really showed me how awesome tabaco bay is I love this place its gonna be my new vape store!! Workers are very kind and helpful

Store is much bigger than it looks! Huge selection of everything and it was very organized and clean. Staff was super friendly and helpful and I will definitely be making this a regular stop! Everything is also priced really well.
