I went in last night and purchased feel free drinks they were fermented, sour, and moldy absolutely DIGUSTING...I drink them everyday I know what they taste like anyways I had the same problem the night before and the store down the road carrier must have a bad shipment from improper storing so I asked to smell them before leaving the store all of them were bad. I almost threw up in there store from taking a baby sip of moldy fermented drink. Showed him they were bad he would not refund me or do anything at all I hadn't even left the store yet.. And there obviously gonna keep selling that batch cause he said no one else complained be carefull guys there selling stuff that can give u food poisoning. The guy was not nice at all also ..The other store I went to where they were bad he gave me store credit for the ones a bought when he seen they were bad and he was so nice so y'all should go shop at tabaco bay!!! Me and my family will not be coming here again

1 star. Bought vape yesterday- got home, stopped hitting instantly. Called & spoke to a gentlemen explaining the situation. He was rude and unprofessional and declined that they ever did refunds or exchanges.

Scammed my mother out of 217. Knew it was a gift, told her she could exchange it if it wasn’t right. Went to exchange it and then was told that we couldn’t. No signs saying that we couldn’t return or exchange. Them leave and come back in with the receipt and miraculous the girl goes to the back gets on the computer and puts it on the rotating sign. But remember your word and lack of signs. But you will be judged for scamming. Hopefully the BBB will be in contact with you.
