I am very disappointed with my experience at Household Pipes in Woodburn. I purchased a vape on July 9th but did not open it until the night of July 10th, only to find that it did not work at all. I returned to the store on July 11th to exchange the defective product. I did not have my original receipt, but I was able to provide my bank statement showing the purchase, and the store was also able to reprint my receipt and verify that I bought the item there. Despite this, I was told that they could not exchange it because too much time had passed, even though it had only been two days since the purchase. What makes this even more frustrating is that I personally know other customers who were allowed to exchange defective products after a week or more. The inconsistent treatment feels very unfair. I understand that stores have policies, but defective products should be handled fairly and consistently. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will no longer be shopping there.

I went in looking for a dab rig and Caleb was so helpful helping pick which dab rigs there were and he was able to answer all of my questions so I walked out with this beauty and I have 0 complaints I will 100% be going back to this location.

The professionalism & knowledge of all the various products sold at the SE Division store by Casey is quite remarkable! I have had my questions answered in a thoughtful way regarding a variety of different items while shopping at my favorite neighborhood store!

Caleb is always delightful to chat with and provides solid recommendations. When your “go-to” brand is out, he always offers a great alternative. Hands down my favorite smoke shop in the area!

Great place, my go-to for just about everything. Taeha and Corey are awesome, always helpful and easy going. One of the few shops I go to regularly that I know I'll be in a better mood for the day after stopping in there.
