I had a situation where someone working there made me feel pretty uncomfortable, But after this review (less the a day) the manager or owner reached out and let me know he investigated the situation and let this individual go, I just wanna add that all my experience other then this one with this store the past couple years has been great. It really says a lot about the owner that he cares about his customers and his business. He really made me feel heard and respected . Will definitely continue to support this business.

I had an amazing experience at Tobacco Town! The shop is super clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything you could need—vapes, cigarettes, accessories, and more. The selection is huge, and the prices are honestly some of the best I’ve seen. What really stood out was the customer service. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for without any pressure. Whether you’re new or a regular, they treat you with respect and make the experience easy. Definitely my go-to spot from now on. Highly recommend checking out Tobacco Town if you want quality products and great service! 💨🔥

I love this store. Everyone there is very helpful. It has much more than just a well-priced tobacco. There is also a big selection of wine, snacks, incense, and more. I highly recommend this store.

The two associates that helped me today went above and beyond. The woman called me when the item I was after came in stock and ensured I was able to secure what I wanted, this level of customer service is rare nowadays and is really appreciated. Truly an awesome experience and Tobacco Town is now my exclusive stop for beer in Milwaukie.
