⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ First visit today, and it definitely won't be my last. Kareem was incredibly helpful, took the time to talk cigars with me, and helped steer me toward a few sticks that fit exactly what I like. No sales pressure, just good conversation and great recommendations. The selection is outstanding. I've been in a lot of cigar shops, and this place has cigars everywhere. From budget-friendly smokes to premium brands, they seem to have a little bit of everything. Also, after my purchase, to be able to get comfortable in the lounge area and smoke one of my cigars is a nice little touch! As I was leaving, Kareem handed me one of the cigars he personally smokes every day and told me to give it a try. That simple gesture says a lot about the kind of customer service you get here. I came in to find some tobacco for my husband and wasn't disappointed. Loved the large variety, the vibes, and the owner was extremely helpful. The prices were also very reasonable. I really enjoyed how many pipe options they have at different price points; even their pipes they have for someone starting out looked really nice, which was so nice to see. I understand why the reviews were so positive now and I will definitely be coming back with my husband so he can check this store out himself. If you're in the area and need some tobacco I highly recommend checking out this shop.

I'm AWAYS welcomed with a smile and mesmerized with the best selection of pipe tobacco in the Pacific Northwest. The store offers a great selection of pipes, lighters, and related accessories for the smokers. I happily make the 1+hour drive from Salem reassured that I will find some good tobbaco and especial treats to enjoy. The cigar lounge is a cozy place to sit and Take a break from the world while enjoying a cigar. This place is the perfect place to find a gift for your loved one if he/she enjoys smoking pipess or cigars.

Came in yesterday, a Saturday. The employee Sam, was very welcoming and guided me through the huge inventory of cigars. He helped me locate a few sticks I had saved on my phone “wishlist”. I live 45 minutes away and I can guarantee I will be back. And thanks again Sam for introducing me to the small Surrogates cigar. Looking forward to my next visit. Update: I’ve been back a few times. Came in a couple days ago and the owner greeted me. He immediately was willing to help me find sticks from my wishlist I keep on my phone. They have a huge selection including the “good” stuff. I was super stoked to find he had LFD Andalusian Bull in stock. Gladly snatched one up as they are not easy to find.
