On Jan 30 2026. I bought 2 vapes for $30 around 6:30pm-ish a hour later when arriving home I open up both of the Vapes and they don't work. The batterys will NOT charge. I returned the Next day Jan 31 about 1:30pm and was told that they will NOT swap/trade out the 2 broken vapes that NEVER worked. And when I said " I just spent $30 and I have nothing for it. So I lost $30 or what some mite say that your store just took $30 from me? He said "Yes there is nothing we can do." Speech- less I walked out -$30. I Still can't believe it. Never GO THERE the excellent reviews are bullshit

The bald guy repeatedly sold me the wrong parts misidentifying my device as a Zero when it said Vapresso right on it and wouldn't make up for it. In my opinion he should be fired.

If I can give an even lower star I would. They sold me an old zyn pack that expired june 2023 and I bought it 2 days ago. They did not give a receipt and I showed him my bank statement and he was accusing me of scamming him. He then starts aggressively yelling at me to leave the store and stands in front of my face about to hit me. If the store has low reviews, which this one does, believe them because I will never step foot in hear again. P.S: It was a tall white male that was missing a patch of hair in the middle of his head.

My tank burned up in my pocket went all night without. Came all the way to this shop on Burnside and the guy asked if I could leave my scooter outside. I said it will get stolen so he screamed at me telling me to leave and get out. No other customers and my scooter is pretty small. Its not li kj e I was impending anyone. I wasnt inconveniencing anyone he was just being an asshole. Fine ill spend my money somewhere else. I can d ee why the shop was empty.

They don't close at 8pm. They close at 7:30. He locked the door as I was walking up even though they're supposed to still be open.
