Unreliable quality of products. Poorest customer service skills ive seen from a Portland headshop. (Verbally unclear, inpatient, lack interest in understanding easy request of a products functioning, no eye contact, passive heavy sighs….a 10 year old could have done a better job 🤷‍♀️) Easy decision never to return or suggest. Mary Janes or Head East i would recommend for better service in any aspect….but further away. I’ll still be on the lookout for a good store in this area. 🤘 cheers

I would be giving this establishment five stars because 3 out of the four attendants are absolutely fantastic.. the other makes me not want to visit again. I live a very short walking distance and go down there multiple times a day sometimes. Otherwise I visit normally when I'm getting off work because it's very convenient. I've been visiting for over 2 years and he has worked there for the entire time. I try to be really nice to the guy cuz he's just cold all the time for no reason. I have just tried to not let it bother me, but today he was just openly rude to me. I might be inclined to believe he's actually the owner. I'm going to have a conversation with some of the other attendants and figure out what that situation is. If he owns it, I suggest you don't go there. If he doesn't, then I'm going to make sure that somebody gets told about the situation

Got here at 11:55 and the doors were locked so I was super bummed because I drove all the way across the bridge from Washington to get my smoke supplies and they were closed. However the guy came and opened the door for me and served me with a minute to spare before midnight and I am super grateful for the excellent customer service!

Chillzone is hands down one of the best spots in Portland. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is welcoming, clean, and laid-back—exactly what you want from a shop like this. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely helpful. They take the time to answer questions, make solid recommendations, and never rush you. You can tell they actually care about their customers and know their products inside and out. The selection is top-tier—great variety, quality products, and fair pricing. Everything is well organized, and the shop itself is always spotless, which says a lot. If you’re looking for a place with great service, great energy, and people who know what they’re doing, Chillzone is the move. Highly recommended—this is a Portland staple. 💯

I always get my vapes here since it’s right by my work & definitely now that Washington put a crazy ass tax on them. The store is really nice & clean ( especially for that location) & they have a large selection of vapes. Any staff i have had were always very nice, helpful, patient (so many choices, it’s hard to decide lol) i will continue to get my vapes here!
