I don't know what is up with this place but on several different occasions when I arrived there was no one at the cash register and after waiting a while I just left. The Dotty's located across the street is much better. I will give this place One More shot in the coming week. If there is again no one at the register or working I'm just going to stop coming.

Terrible customer service from the cashier! Very poor cashiering and verbal skills! I bought two packs of cigarettes which totaled $10.63, I gave her $21.00 and all she gave me back was some change!! When I told her I gave her $21 she became very defensive and told me I gave her $11 because thats what she entered into the register!! Then the cashier and the mgr proceeded to tell me that the procedure for that would be for me to give them my phone number and at the end of the shift when the till is counted if the drawer was over my $10 then they would call me!! Thats BS!!! She could easily pocket my money before the end of her shift so shes not over and there goes my money! No freaking way! So she gives me the money slams it down on the counter and tells me to leave!! My gawd is this for real? Terrible I left there so Angry its just terrible! the cashiers name was Edee and when I tried asking her for her name she threatened to call the police!!! If i was a secret shopper she woulda got a FAIL!

Definitely the slowest and least friendly Dotty’s I’ve ever been too! They shut down their whole counter to do shift change... anyone that has worked in customer service knows u cannot leave 15 people in a line for 20 minutes. Terrible ownership/management.

If yer going here, yer going for the cheap cigs and maybe a drink after yer shift. It's not an upscale experience, so don't set yerself up for disappointment. Jus be thankful that this faithful little oasis exists. Lord knows it's the best place ta git yer smokes in this town.

Teresa is always so friendly and attentive. I love visiting Dotty's, even though I rarely win anymore. 🤨💙
