Excellent customer service! Stopped in last Saturday, 4.12, for a downstem that would fit my tiny bong. I didn't know what the name of the item was called but the employee was very patient and was able to work out what I needed, and the particular length I needed. They were hesitant to sell me the item at first because it was for a very specific use/set/brand, but I knew it was perfect. Thank you!

The main employee at this location, Christian, I get 10/10 service every time there. I believe the shop is under new ownership now, as the shop name is not Torched Illusions anymore. Aside from the great customer service here..the inventory is extremely sad unfortunately. They never have glass cleaner anymore. Banger selections are next to nothing. No scales. And they stopped carrying affordable glass tubes for some reason. I had a 5 star account that was full and ready to use for my well earned discounts...but was terminated and is non existent due to new ownership. Get inventory.

Great customer service here. Great products, selection, and price. Christian is usually working when I come in for my nicotine supply and has amazing customer service. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for various smoking needs. They've got disposables, glass, nicotine juices, all kinds of stuff. An impressive inventory for the size of the shop.

Was in the city for the day from a tiny little hick town in Eastern Oregon. I was looking forward to having a larger selection than our local store, but I was very disappointed as the vape selection was the exact same, and they did not have the pod I needed. The employee is nice, though.

Great customer service, I wandered In and the guy was dealing with a fairly slow customer, he handled it well, even when I asked if they were going to close before he could help me. He was still able help me and get exactly what I needed, and was nice about it as well. Kindness goes a LONG way with me. Keep it up! 5 stars.
