I’ve got mixed review, staff was excellent and has been every visit. I Quite like them, however my only reason for visiting is geek bar. And lately, I’ve had 3 geek bars now that are not real. They tell me yes it’s real, but when I compare to the one I know to be real, exact flavor everything. It’s off shade like pastel almost. The letters scratch right off, worst of all the juice messes up my throat. Please fix this, it’s not like you guys to have these. I’ve been a customer for years. I’ll come back but only after the geek bar situation is fixed. I’m paying 15 dollars over for these for convenience, the shop by my house sells at $30. Exact same , pulse geek bars. And theirs are real. Again, I love you as a company but I’ve made several complaints in person only to be told they’re for sure real. I’m here to tell you for fact, they’re not. This is not to rag on you, this is in hopes you get back in stock real geek bars. If I’m paying the premium I would expect the product to be as intended. Also, I’m not trying to mess up your overall rating, so when it’s resolved please let me know and I’ll go buy one and fix this. So far flavors effected are orange fab, and the light purple 3 flavor mix one I forget the name.

This place is amazing! Good atmosphere, friendly and cool staff that were professional, informative, and helpful. Zoe helped me pick out the perfect piece of glassware. They have so many great works of art here, check em out! Will def be back again!

I bought a $45 battery and when I opened it the LED didn’t work and it didn’t draw smoke. When I called about exchanging (I even offered to exchange for a cheaper battery) the night worker refused to help and hung up. I then called the following morning and was told i would get a call back and I never did.
