We went in to get two Geek Vapes and two vape juices, and Moe was absolutely amazing. He was so friendly, helpful, and patient with us. He took the time to answer our questions, explain things, and make sure we got exactly what we needed. You can tell he really knows his stuff and genuinely cares about his customers. The customer service, the products, and the prices were all great, but what really stood out was how kind and easygoing Moe was. He made the whole experience enjoyable, and it’s obvious he takes pride in his shop and treating people right. I got and a lemon head geek bar that I was looking at the previous day. Decided to come back n give it a try. I was in a rush but when I saw my account he had charged me 35$ after Specifically saying that same geek bar was 30. I called him up He lied and said that they were all 35 not 30 and hung up on me. So next, I checked the barcode for the scratch top code and it told me that I have an invalid device so it’s counterfeit on top of it . I wouldn’t advise going there obviously. May the universe give him what he truly deserves

“You keep calling, what do you want?” That was how the person answered the phone when I called to ask if they had a product. I work retail and if I treated a potential customer like this over the phone, I would expect to be fired immediately. Then they said I needed to come in and look instead of taking the time to see if they had what I needed. I’ve shopped here before and had a great experience and that’s why I tried again. This new guy sucks.
