Cool shop got helped by kea was very respectful to me and my gf had great energy and hooked us up with a dope water pipe during their flash sale

I just wanted to give a shout out to Nicholas, who just helped me out when I was running very late and only barely made it there around 11:55 p.m. and he was both so courteous to an older gentleman who was checking out as I arrived and super kind to me as well, despite the fact he had just finished working the last 4 hours on his own, which he described to me as having been a steady stream, doing good business, but never too much, never once deeling overwhelmed, or needing backup, as the couple stray customers that had to be patient for a minute were all chill. Which brings up something I mentioned to him that is more something that I'd point out that goes more towards praise of the store itself, because it IS really easy to be patient in a store with such a wide variety of things to ogle even if you were never interested in buying them, you could probably spend nearly an hour window shopping so many very different types of interesting items.

I came in and got a Puffco Pivot. They were great and had all the answers I was looking for. I’d definitely shop here again Also, I was wrong about the price so I need to come back and spend more money!

I decided to shop in person instead of online, came here. I had the greatest, most helpful experience from Jeff. I ended up returning the next day for another item. 100%because of good old fashioned awesome customer service. thanks
