Edit- I’m updating my previous 5-star review and trying to figure out a way to give them SIX stars because literally every time I’ve gone in here, my experience gets better and better. The employees here are ALL superstars. Max, Meg and Jerry. ROCK. STARS. Original review- I hesitate to even write this review because I want to keep this place all to myself, but they definitely deserve 5-stars!! Their selection is incredible, they seem to have EVERYTHING! And the prices are fantastic! Jerry is super knowledgeable about everything they sell and is just a general, all-around delight of a human being. I highly, highly recommend this place!!!!!

Stopped in to take a look at a Kratom product that I knew almost nothing about. Jerry was a wealth of knowledge and was incredibly helpful in my decision to purchase. He was also very personable, and a consummate professional throughout my visit. If every business had customer service like that, there would be alot more failed businesses still open today.

I purchased an expensive vaporizer as a gift for a friend and specifically asked if I could return it if they did not want it. I was told yes, as long as it was unopened, by the store manager. My friend had already ordered one so I went to return it, unopened with receipt, and was told I could only get store credit. Left a sour taste in my mouth for this store, will not shop here again.

Edit: every time I’ve swung by since, I’ve been able to find a clutch deal, something new to look at and nice, helpful staff. They earned the bump up from my earlier rating. _____ Original review: Convenient little shop, but their 7oh/kratom prices are very high. I went on Black Friday to give them another shot after being burned in the past. Even with their “awesome discounts” the multipack was the exact same price as my shop on a regular day! I saved literally zero dollars here on Black Friday. I might stop back in if I’m in a pinch, but that’s probably the only reason.

Max M. was very professional and extremely helpful! He was very patient in walking us through our options while making sure other customers were able to get in and out without waiting around. The man knows how to run a store! The store itself has a great selection of ornate one-of-a-kind pieces as well as your basic starter glass and gear, it had everything we needed.
