I visited Broadway Cigar while out of town on a work trip and had a coworker with me on 11/7/25. The minute we entered the store, Jonathan up front was very polite, helpful and enthusiastic! The humidor was stocked with a good variety of cigars that were priced very much like many of the cigar venues in Dallas, TX. We were shown the smoking areas and introduced to Michelle who hosted us while we enjoyed our purchases there. We were treated to some of the best hospitality I have ever experienced. A fine evening after a long work day. I highly recommend Broadway Cigar and will be sure to stop in the next time we’re in Portland! Thank you to all who made us feel welcome!!

Had an amazing experience at Broadway Cigar Company in Portland! The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. He took the time to explain the different cigars, answer all our questions, and helped us pick out a great variety to try. We never felt rushed, and he made the whole experience welcoming and enjoyable. We left feeling really good about our purchase and excited to come back. This place is really cool. Thry have a large selection of cigars at all price points and the ambience is very masculine and perfect for enjoying a stick. Everytime I am in Portland I pay a visit to Broadway's.

Great lounge with many comfortable seats available, including recliners. Members area is massive and full of great decor and seats. The humidor has a great selection to satisfy a wide variety of tastes. Highly recommend a visit here.

Amazing shop! Martin always has great suggestions, especially when you’re starting your cigar journey out like I am. The lounge has great vibes and the people who hang out there are a great example why I love the cigar community. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
