It really takes a lot for me to leave a negative review about anyone or any business but the management of puffed up really needs to take a look at the girl that they have working there. The only girl that works. Trevor is lovely. She’s just rude and I for one won’t enter that store if she is there

Offers a small selection of beer and kratom/herbal products. I've been in several times and each time I've dealt with the woman that works there has been a mess. She's rude, barely looks up from her phone and expected me to yell what I wanted across the store so she didn't have to get out of her seat. I don't expect to be catered to by any means, but regular politeness would be great. There are a whole lot of places that sell the same things and I'm just going to go somewhere else where I'm not treated rudely for the crime of being a customer.

Trevor is one of my favorite reasons I go here! He’s always so nice and always helps me find something I’m looking for even when the selection is low. But the lady that works there has one of thee worst attitudes I’ve ever seen. I absolutely hate going In if she’s there and if I knew her work schedule I would definitely never come during her shifts. The guy that works with her is okay, but not her.

Horrible! Extremely terrible customer service. The employees are LAZY and act like they hate their jobs! They get angry and rude when you ask questions. The guy working actually threatened to physically harm us and threw us out of the store for asking questions. I dared to go back a second time when I saw it was a different, female employee. Big mistake, she was just as awful! On top of poor customer service they are way overpriced. Don’t waste your time and money!
