Love smokers zone they always have what I need which are my Grabbs Leafs and incense, and who knows what I end up picking up when I’m there. Customer Service is always great and it’s two minutes around the corner. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Unfortunately I will not be coming back. Vapers beware! Yesterday I came in and bought a strawberry cream elf bar, tested in store. It puffed 3 times. Took it home and puffed on it, it was dead! I charged it for a few hours. Still dead. I came back to the shop and a new cashier said there was nothing they could do. So I'm out $15.. OK. Buy another one. I puff it a few times in the store. It's OK. Once I leave and I'm in the parking lot, I keep hitting it and it stops working. I go back inside to tell the cashier and the cashier gives me a look like I'm a dirty slime trying to get one over on a $15 vape. I tell her it's not working. She tells me that's why they have people test it in the store and there's nothing she can do. I puff it a few more times, in store and it starts to work. I take it home and again it stops working. Your faulty product needs to be taken off the walls, I wasted $30 on two non working vapes. Today, ill be buying from the new smoke zone on 162nd. Hopefully they will replace faulty items that are even brought back THE SAME DAY, the same trip. You guys suck!
