What more could one ask of a vape dispensary than to have a large variety of options well stocked and top tier customer service? The 'Smoke it Up' shop and staff never fail to make you feel welcome and answer any question you might have. Truly world class. Management please address all bonus points to the red bearded cashier. (Sorry I didn't get your name)

This place rules! Great selection, killer prices, and the crew is always cool and helpful, especially Dane. This smoke shop is on point and definitely one of my favourite shops in town.

They sell kratom they have to get in the back from a bulk supply and they put it in unmarked zip lock bags was free since I used some points. Problem is I used some and started losing my memory! Don’t buy kratom from them especially if it’s from a supply in the back with no labels!!!!

If I could give this 0 stars I would! I was wrongfully profiled! I just moved to Portland a month ago and this shop was my regular go-to for those $1 hemp wraps. I loved experiencing the diversity here, until I walked in one day and the nonchalant dude working there kicked me out after having me wait in line and said I stole a pipe!! I looked around and all the pipes are in the glass containers!! You couldn’t steal them if you even wanted to! I called and talked to the boss in person he didn’t know anything about a pipe being stolen, and nobody said anything to him. Ontop of that, the owner’s attitude showed he didn’t even really care! I cleared my name yesterday but you will never see me in this store again. Disgusting service. They will profile you.

After careful review, and going here for last 14 consecutive days, I have had the time to give a proper review. Atmosphere is quaint and chill. Customer service with Chris and Tyler were superb, 100% fair and helpful. The gentleman that carries features similar to Zach Galifianakis that works primarily on the weekends needs more coaching on integrity of the items being priced and sold accurately per their visual representation, so be warned that although communication may be so-so, there is a possibility you as the customer may face trickery if that is the time you choose to go.
