I'm looking for a specific product. She wasn't familiar with what I was asking about (a type of ashtray) and apparently she didn't like me clarifying what I wanted, because she hung up on me mid sentence. Horrible customer service. Very rude I'm looking forward to taking my service to Cigarettes for Less next to Safeway or Eazy A on Main St- at least they are willing to help. In fact I just got off the phone with Eazy A and the lady was very sweet and helpful. Even double checked to make sure she had what I'm looking for!

Cool smoke shop right next to Prime Time, lots of great deals on smoking tools as well as decent deals on cigarette and tobacco products. The store is very clean and spacious. I also enjoyed the music they had playing. The staff here was nice and helpful.

I ask the guy for a disposable vape with no menthol…. He gave me a brand ( older guy then ask the younger kid) I ask if they were sure…. They both said “ oh ya for sure” so I bought two( different flavors, on their expertise …. 50.00 later…. and these vapes have so much menthol I can use them at all …. I mean if you don’t know for sure, you should say , you don’t know…. I was out 50.00 and I can’t take them back…. Will never go back, and I don’t recommend this place….

woman working there was lacking in customer service, badly. I asked for the cheapest cigarette tubes first, described them,and the brand name. she couldn't find them, Top brand (2.79)btw.Its possible that didn't have them, she then grabs a carton that were $5+, I asked if there was anything cheaper,then i spotted Gambler and asked for those. 3.99 plus tax. paid and left. There was a couple other things i was going to get but she had lost patience with me and i with her. I've done sales and customer service and if this finds its way to her(There was 2 woman working and probably more in the company) The only assumption you should make about any customer that walks in the door is that they came to give you money and how much is up to you.

Good priced but horrible customer service. I called asking if they had a particular item and a woman said yes and then hung about when I was trying or about to ask the price. Later that week I went it and it was the same negative rude attitude
