I don’t smoke, had zero clue what I was looking at, and was honestly just trying to find something perfect for a friend. From the moment I stepped in, the vibe was welcoming, no awkwardness, no rushing, just genuine interest in helping me figure it out. The staff didn’t just answer questions, they asked the right ones. They wanted to know about my friend’s style, preferences, and budget, then broke down my options in a way that actually made sense. They even pointed out details I never would’ve thought of, so I left feeling confident I’d picked something special instead of just guessing. What really stood out was how personal the experience felt. They didn’t treat me like ‘just another sale’, they treated me like someone they actually wanted to help. From making sure I understood my choices to recommending the perfect match, the whole process felt easy and even fun.
