Went here on 9/21/23 (TH) shopping for a new vaping product and Jennifer was not only super helpful but gave the true definition of customer service! Very pleased with the whole experience, she was really thorough and made sure we knew exactly what to expect from our purchase. I can go on and on… you catch my drift. Will definitely be back and strongly recommend.

Brendan is an absolute Legend! A true gent. He has EXCEPTIONAL customer service, the kind of interpersonal skills you'd wish was still the norm, but he also truly wants his customers to leave stoked! I know that I was. Friggin' blown away with how above and beyond he went to help me puzzle through a 'schmorgishborge' of parts I had, to get something put together for my Mod! Since the girlfriend had decided to 'borrow' my whole tank/atomizer...for, whatever reason..😤 Oh man, I was a mess by the time I found Serenity, and had been bamboozled by one of those 'multiple-chain / different-name' type of money-grab vape shops.. you know, where everything's; 'strictly zero return policy!' 😆 Anyhow, this friggin' Legend, Brendan, didn't make me feel rushed or like I was wasting his time, not one bit (even though I admit, I pushed it pretty late to closing!) Lol. He not only helped me put together a sub ohm tank out of the pile of randomness I laid out in front of him, but he also taught me the importance of tending to your batteries properly, to get the most out of them. He introduced me to SO much more awesome gear that ill be back in very soon to purchase! The Valkyrian4(?) I believe was the name of the tank? Anyhow, I was having a rough couple of days, and this shop is ABSOLUTELY the kind of shop I had been trying to find since moving out to this side of town. They still gave the "loungey'ish" type vibe, with legendary connoisseurs to teach you new things and lead you only to what you're after, not what they want to sell you. I'll never be back to one of those 'other' shops, that are truly just a greed pit . But, after getting sold 3 different coils that didn't work for my MAG-18, I eventually had enough and found Serenity, and ill never shop anywhere else again!!! Great place! A must ! A+++

Nick was very helpful and fast with helping us the other day. They got a good selection of e-juice and disposable along side the drinks we got for the day. Nick was a great experience for us that day. We were having a rough week of dashing on no nicotine. Thank you nick for helping us out.
