I occasionally buy lottery tickets here and store items. The staff here are friendly. I'm not a cigar, cig or vape guy, but they seem to have a good selection. They have Pa. Skill slot machines also.

Closing before 8pm when your hours claim you close at 8pm isn't so professional especially when it wasn't 8pm yet and you refused to open the door for a regular customer. Not good for business. Maybe you should just change your hours and close sooner.

Take your receipts if you use a card. Checked bank statement. Was double charged twice this month on same day. Probably right after I left. Both on a monday. Can't prove who it was but have a good idea. It's really a shame there is so much greed n laziness n dishonesty out there!
