Bought a Geek Bar and it tasted like burnt plastic, went back in to tell the guy working and he tried it, he said “it’s new it’s going to taste like that”, I proceeded to tell him that it’s gross and I’ve never had one taste like that. The guy continued to argue with me and was being very rude about the whole thing, he would not give me a replacement or refund me. Left with a nasty burnt defected vape and threw it away. Terrible customer service!

By far this is the best smoke shop!!! The owner/clerk is extremely helpful and kind. I had been to other shops and was always treated like nothing more than a $ sign. At house of smokers by my second visit me and my fiance were treatedclike family. You can ask questions and he will give you honest answers. If he doesn't have something he will help you find something similar, where other shops have just pushed whatever they have on the shelf at you just to get a sale. He has even given me deals on products when hes out of something.

100% best prices, knowledgeable and friendly and has everything you could think of. From vapes to candles to expensive cigars. Hats, incense every device made. Even has a drive thru if you don’t want to get out of your car. Awesome addition to the valley and I don’t go anywhere else for anything anymore.
