Update from my last post.... He gave me a discount, and I've bought 3 new beautiful vape modes since then within 48 hours lol, I always keep coming back, I love to have a collection, TJ is a nice guy, I absolutely love the inventory, way better than the others around, and also great prices on a lot of things as well!!!!! The pictures is of the 3 new ones I just bought and then there's a few others in the other picture, I have so many more that I will put up reviews for as well.... The Purple one is the Yocan Duece and it hold 2 3g carts!!!! That's up to 6gs you have and you can use just one side if you want any size cart fits in them!!!And 1000battery!!!!The other one is the Uni 3.0 Absolutely Love this one, and I had to add the new Kodo plus, with 900 battery!!!!... And it is AMAZING!!!!! The other picture is also a couple Kodo pros Amazing!!!! The Lookah bear absolutely Love!! And the Yocan Orbit, for dabbing on the go with terp balls inside as well!!!!! Amazing.... I will post a lot of other products, and give my opinion, bit the store is wonderful!!!!!!!

Excellent Customer Service: So, being a bit of a Jerry when it comes to most things Vape-related, I purchased what I assumed were my correct VooPoo coils from Smoke Wizard, showing them the correct package and receiving the correct package. But when I opened the coils I noticed they weren't my usual ones... longer story short, VooPoo had put the INCORRECT coils into my normal packaging. I didn't even realize this (see being a Jerry above) and my guy at Smoke Wizard brought this to my attention. After it was established that VooPoo was at fault, (apologies for not knowing name, but employee with goatee) he didn't hesitate to right the wrong and i received my correct coils without any additional charge etc. Needless to say they made a permanent customer for being quite reasonable in a growingly unreasonable world. Hands down best smoke/vape shop around. The owner and all of the staff are amazing people to do business with and to just talk to or hang out with. I've personally spent ample time inside the Smoke wizard and have enjoyed all of the time spent there. The prices and people hands down cannot be beat.

I will never ever go back to this vape store. I purchased a nord 4, which cost $69.99. Happy with the product but when I went back to purchase a coil and a juice pod for it they sold me the wrong size coil. Now, I didn't even leave the store yet, I did open the coil to put it in the juice pod (which was brand new)in front of the cashier that sold me it (which was too big). He told me I already bought it and he cannot exchange it for the right one and I would just have to buy another one. Well if he knew which coil went with the product I wouldn't have to keep buying and trying different sizes. Total bullshit. I will definitely go to kingdom of smoke, also the same vape device was only $39.99.. They took the time to find the right coil and didn't make me purchase one until we found the right size. Very disappointed. A $5.00 coil cost them a customer. Shame my you!!!!! FIVE STAR FOR KINGDOM OF SMOKE
