The dude that works in there is awesome! He always greets and is just overall chill. He recommended the sour straws today this vape is banging I love it. He said it was one of his best sellers. I have been to the shop 3 times and each time has been great. Store is clean and neat. Really recommend checking it out. I grabbed 3 new disposables today and am stoked 😍

Dude who worked the register late at night was awesome. Helped me get what I needed, and they have really great prices. I didn’t catch the guy’s name, but the store was about to close and he still went above and beyond to help me out. The world needs more people like that one employee for sure.

Do not support this company they sell to underage kids I know for a fact the man was going to sell my 16-year-old daughter a vape and also has sold to my 15-year-old nephew you go through the reviews he admitted to it! Matthew R!! The man working was speaking very inappropriate to her for a grown man!!

I was really disappointed with my experience at this store. The THC products I purchased didn’t seem fresh or high quality, especially considering the high prices. When I tried to give feedback, the staff member I spoke with was dismissive and not very receptive. There are better options just 2 miles away in Delaware that offer higher quality products at more reasonable prices, so I’d recommend checking those out instead.

Prime Smoke Shop is easily one of the best spots around for quality products and excellent customer service. The shop is well-organized, clean, and has a huge variety of items—everything from glass pieces and vapes to accessories and unique finds you won’t see in other shops. What really sets Prime apart is the staff. They’re knowledgeable, friendly, and never pushy. Whether you’re new and have questions or know exactly what you want, they make the shopping experience smooth and comfortable. Their prices are fair, and they often have great deals, which makes it a go-to shop instead of ordering online. The atmosphere is welcoming, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. If you’re looking for a reliable smoke shop with great selection, solid prices, and outstanding service, Prime Smoke Shop is the place to go. Highly recommended!
