The interactions I have had at this store have been pleasant most of the time, friendly and so very helpful. Except for 2 times, the only 2 interactions I have had with this employee have not been pleasant. I used to purchase a product from there that was $5 and when I went in again, it was up to $6. I made a friendly comment about prices increasing (as they are everywhere) simply saying “ah the prices are going up” to which this employee responded “where? They have been $6 since we started selling them.” So I pulled out the product and said, “no they were $5 and now they’re $6, this is your sticker on the product from the last time I was in. I’m not making a fuss just stating a fact” to which she still denied pricing going up and was very rude. The second time, I purchased a different product, realized they were past the best by date so I went back in. She said “it says best by 21 Feb 2026” and I said yes and it’s March 2… so.. and she said “it’s only a week” I said it still says best by.. a week ago. Regardless the difference between a best by and expiration date, I’d still like to purchase a product before it’s best by/sell by date not after. She has a huge attitude problem and is not friendly.

Honestly, it’s not just that they have everything you’re looking for in a smoke shop the experience goes way beyond that. The staff is incredible, and the owner genuinely goes out of his way to make sure you’re satisfied. Even if you have to drive a few extra minutes to get to one of their locations, it’s 100% worth it. Top quality, unbeatable prices no other shop compares.

So happy that they opened their store here in the borough. We needed a store like this its very convenient. The owner is truly amazing. He cares about accommodating his customers and is very friendly. His other employees are very nice with great customer service skills. They are very attentive. He opened up his store loaded it with all the goods that everyone will need on a day to day basis. He didn't have something I asked him about for babies and was willing to go grab it and have it for the following time I came. Which is awesome because it saved me a hour walk each way to and from the other store and he is open till a decent time which many stores around here close early. They greet you as soon as you walk in, very welcoming/attentive/ willing to help/ and the store is always neat and clean. I dont think I ever seen it look messy or have anything on the floor inside or outside of their store.

Bristol's #1 convenient corner store! Great prices and a large selection of variety of items. The best part is the employees, especially Koko. She always asks how your day is going and says have a good day, she shows true love every time I come in. Thanks for doing us a service and being in the area!!

I absolutely love LOVE this place. Not only it is convenient for basic household supplies, a quick snack or smoke shop products (they have almost everything), it is ran by a beautiful family and amazing team. The atmosphere is truly welcoming and warm makes you feel right at home. A true gem thats within the local neighborhood.
