The guy was so awkward and throwing off my vibe so much that I literally chose the wrong vape flavor. I asked him about a previous vape and he didn’t give me a good answer. He said he said have never tried that before so I wouldn’t know and vapes don’t have sugar in them or itd kill you.

Horrible place. I've made two purchases from them. The first was a vape pen that I was assured was top of the line. I was tired of dealing with leaks. The thing they sold me leaked so bad it fried itself. I was told all sales on vape products are final. No exchanges or refunds, even if they sell you broken trash. The final purchase I made from them was two bottles of The Berg vape juice. When I got it home and began refilling my pod, I noticed that the juice was a weird green tint when it's normally blue. It tastes horrible. The other bottle was rancid as well. Once again, I was told all sales are final. The store pays a wage to the employees, but also offers commissions. That's why they don't hesitate to lie to your face and sell you hot garbage.

I normally always go here for any vape purchases. For MONTHS they were always out of the pods that I needed. Eventually the manager actually called me to let me know that ALL along they had the pods, the employees just didn't know which ones they were. Meanwhile, I had in that time purchased a whole extra replacement vape ($30+) bc it came w two extra pods, and even upgraded and bought one of the newer versions, bc why wouldn't they have those pods. Just went 2 days ago to get a pack of pods-which the manager assured me they have stock of, of course the TWO EMPLOYEES there stood there for minutes "looking" for them, to tell me they didn't have any of the new upgraded ones, but had a pack of the regular pods, which hey, that's fine, better than none. I get home, open my bag, bc I bought multiple different items, AND THEY ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. I just don't understand. At this point it should be their responsibility to sell us the correct item, especially when we can't just sort thru them ourselves to make sure it's correct. I literally hand them my vape to hold while grabbing the pods. If they don't know their products, maybe they shouldn't be selling them. It's wild, I spends hundreds of dollars here, and now I'll be going a block up the road to the next vape shop for now on.

Very nice place and the staff is friendly and eager to help but the overall store is very obviously geared more towards the "wacky" variety of tobaccee, if you catch my drift. Very small selection of traditional tobacco pipes and a small decent selection of cigars but has a wide range of water pipes and 'tie dye'. Not my thing, and as far as the traditional tobacco products goes there are much better prices around. As a tobacco store I give it a 3 but if you're into that side of things, I'd give it a 4 I'd guess..

All the staff are nice but if you get a defective vape the store doesn't give replacement/refunds. I got a blood orange esco bar that tasted off in the store but didn't say anything (should have) and tasted burnt after ~20 hits. I'd recommend godfather vapors, I got a defective vape there and got a replacement no problem even tho I had that for like 2 weeks and only had the esco bar from tobacco4less for 24hrs and couldn't get a refund/replacement.
