I asked ther person answering the phone what type of opius you had I stock she told me I’d have to call back and ask the manager. I asked her why can’t I ask her she hung up on me get more knowledgeable staff

The nicest people you can find your Carlisle. Always very helpful, friendly and helping you find the right deals. Have tried other shops in the area and nothing compares to this one. Everything is easy to find with clear pricing and helpful people. I’ve learned not to go anywhere else in the area, because I haven’t even found as much healthfulness and friendliness in other areas.

The guy who runs the shop. He is Indian. Always telling customers to "hurry up and bye". Always rolling his eyes at people in line.

Cool place with a lot of options, and the 2 employees I met were great and super helpful. But, I bought 2 heavy weight(Mike Tyson) 7000 puffs disposable vapes for 50$! And they both won’t stop burning/puffing after a hit. I called 36 hours after I purchased them to explain my issue and if there’s no problem “The exact same day you bought them” , then you’re pretty much beat. Told to contact manufacturer. I’ll shop again. But stick with what you know works because they won’t reimburse unless it’s within the 13 hours they’re open. Definitely a wide selection of products though. Great cigars. Also you do need a cigar cutter for even the small tin pack cigars even if you’re told they’re already cut. Still a great smoke shop for the area.
