Thank you thank you thank you!!! Nothing like saving the NIGHT. My vape quit working and I went to this store (2nd visit) at 9:30 at night. They were a great help, and very nice. I appreciate it so much. (New to the area) definitely will be back!!!!

THANK YOU! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding customer service from Zain Malik! We had been searching everywhere for a specific type of coil and were getting pretty frustrated. We called multiple vape shops ahead of time to verify they had it in stock, drove out to those stores, and then discovered they actually had the wrong product. At that point, we decided to text several local vape shops with a photo of exactly what we needed and hope for the best. Zein responded almost immediately. Not only did he confirm whether he had the correct coil, but he also took the time to send photos of the product so we could verify it ourselves before making the drive. Even more impressive, he contacted another location that was closer to us and let us know they had stock available if we didn’t want to travel as far. That level of responsiveness, and customer care is rare these days. Zein genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Highly recommend! Thank you Zain!
