Absolutely terrible experience. They are selling $40 vapes that break within 48 hours. Instead of offering a exchange or helping a customer out, they told me they "couldn't do anything." When I got frustrated and tapped the vape to show them, they told me never to return. Avoid 412smokehouse.

Tried to charge us twice beacuse we used paypal Thank God we were able to get our money back scam artist ... update finally got a refund after fighting it I guess they cough up the money when you call them out

The merchandise that they sell is cheap, over priced, and they are horrible in the customer service department. I purchased something there it broke the same day… took it back they were unwilling to refund so they gave me the same item….the second one broke the same day as well. I tried taking it back w/proof of purchase and the owner told me I was lying that I didn’t purchase it there and he would have to check his cameras to verify that I bought it there. Needless to say I will never go back there…just a warning for those that do…beware of being taken advantage of and wasting your money!

What a scam! Do not purchase disposable vapes from this location! They dont work! They leak and are pre-used or do not work at all! This guy pays way less for defective, disposable vapes, and he sells them at a cheaper cost, which makes people think it’s a bargain! It’s not. Store manager told me buying it “is a gamble”?!?!! Was refusing to refund me or switch out vape. I WAS STILL IN THE STORE, NEVER LEFT! He did not want me to try to vape in the store. Do not trust this place or this gentleman. What a bad experience

I have visited this store several times and have always appreciated the positive atmosphere. The staff members are courteous and helpful, and the store offers a wide selection of products. On my most recent visit, I sought a no-nicotine vape to assist in my transition away from smoking, as I still encounter some challenges with the hand-to-mouth action. One observation I made is that the store can be somewhat difficult to see from the street; however, the signage on the building is quite clear.
