Terrible store with crazy high prices. If you shop here you should expect to pay $5-$15 more for any product than you would at any other store. I bought defective vape pods here and when I brought them back for a replacement the workers had a bad attitude and told me in the future if I purchased any defective products they would not offer a return or replacement. Today I purchased a 55mg vape juice only to open the box and find a 10mg bottle. It’s really surprising that such an awful business has so many locations. The workers are rude and try to get you out of the store as fast as possible so they can go back to watching YouTube videos in the back room

BUYERS BEWARE. This is the perfect place to go if you’re looking for a fake Hyde bar that stops working less than a day after you purchase it and doesn’t charge. I’ve been to place after place after place looking for one flavor. This was the first and only one that sold me a fake.

I like this brand and the flavor sooo much, I can’t find this specific brand in any if the store outside of the keystone vapors franchise. Am glad and surprised that they carry these wonderful brands. I like the employee’s friendly nature. I will suggest this store for everyone.

Very overpriced especially on rolling papers. Pay $2.99 f o r 50 raw rolling papers single wide. Cigarettes for Less in Bridgeville has these for a dollar less! Didn't check the prices of other things but probably overpriced as well! Staff friendly

These people sold me broken batteries which led me to believe my vape was broken, so I bought a new $80 vape from them. and realized all I needed was good batteries, so I went to return my stuff, and they would not give me my money back even know they knew I just bought it the day before, they basically tricked me into buying an expensive vape and then wouldn’t give me my money back. I thought it was very rude and ignorant to basically take my money and make me be stuck with that hundred dollar vape. I would not recommend shopping at this vape store.
