Amazing customer service and very helpful and they have literally anything you can imagine

The place offers excellent service, and the staff are good and highly value their customers. I highly recommend it.

I never leave a review for places that being said I will never shop here again. They have a customer loyalty program where you buy 5 items and then get 1 free. The last time i was in there I had filled my card but had bought 2 and didnt need a third yet. When I returned approximately 2 weeks later the gentleman behind the counter refused to honor the free one and accused me of putting a fake signature on it. This would have probably been the 4th one that I had filled and used meaning I have bought 20+ disposable vapes there and have received 3 free in that time. I appreciated the loyalty program but I dont appreciate being called a liar and they have absolutely lost a reliable customer. (Edit: Just went back through my bank statements I have purchased over $500 worth of merchandise from this store over the last year)

Absolutely appalling service the past few weeks. Problems seem to have began with whoever the new clerk is. Called about a defunct battery in a disposable cartridge and was told to come back in for a return, but when I showed up I was told I was pretty much out of luck until I explained multiple times that I was told just prior to come and return it. Second, when ended up having to had to pay for my return, I returned again when it was empty to repurchase a new one. At this point, I was asked to test the battery before I left. I had never been asked this before, and the guy behind the counter had a smirk grin on his face the whole time. Most recently, tonight, I stopped in again to try to purchase another disposable. The man behind the counter once again absolutely refused to sell it to me. At this point I was angry, I had never had an issue at this store before and every visit was quite pleasant, however ever since this new salesman started every experience has been a problem. He absolutely refused to sell me the product, at which point I requested he call his supervisor. At no point did he call anyone, and he went so far as to sit behind the counter staring at the floor, completely ignoring my multiple requests for him to contact his superior. I absolutely cannot believe this man is allowed to serve customers with his perpetual high-horse attitude.

Best selection I see forever you can come and check this nice stuff. They have so great prices and friendly customer service. This is my favorite shop now.
