If purchasing ElfBar, scan that bar code to ensure it’s authentic. I took in a counterfeit, it was replaced. It was brought to their attention before, however the suspect packaged ones were still being stocked & sold. It seemed to be the popular flavors. I purchased at least 8 from here, a couple have been suspect when I began using the product, but I didn’t know any better. I was educated by another shop up the street about potential fakes.

They have a great young staff that are super kind and respectful. The owner has great people skills. She knows how to pick awesome employees. I go to buy lottery tickets sometimes throughout the years. Customer service is always a top priority. She is a nice lady too.

Great selection however, I don't think they rotate the loose tobacco. I purchase a pouch of Turkish blend once a week. Each time the tobacco is dry, not slightly moist. The tobacco shop in Conshohocken on ridge carries the same brand, but the packaging is a lighter brown and the tobacco is moist. This leads me to believe that smokings hasn't rotated their inventory.

Employees and manager are all very helpful. It can get pretty busy around the afternoon from lunch rush, but otherwise I'm in and out in 5-10 minutes. They have a good selection of products and are willing to try to order specific products if you're looking for something they don't carry. Great store!

I have been shopping here for a number of months. I have never seen a local smoke shop carry so many smoking related items in my life. Prices are competitive. Only issue is their cigars are not in a humidor so I question their freshness. Other than that, you have to try this shop. If you can’t find it here, they probably don’t make it!!! 😀😀
