I bought 2 cigars earlier this morning. I went back to Exchange 1 for another 1 because it wasn’t rolled right!! They just lost a customer over 9$ because they wouldn’t exchange it. Customers shouldn’t eat the cost if the product isn’t right. Mind you there are no signs saying final sale!
