Awesome store. I was very impressed with how they have pretty much everything you need. they also showed me a cool special that they are throwing giving away one of the nicest pieces I've ever seen in a raffle. The manager and staff were great. Very easy going and listen to exactly what I wanted. Educated me on how CBD will help me with the pain I have in my back. But they also showed me some pipes a dug out that I needed and everything they had. I'll be back.

Super disappointed 😞 The employees are super nice and helpful but the store hours are very confusing. Ive come to the store several times during the week or weekend and its closed. I definitely understand being short staffed but the store owner should possibly have some form of communication with the world to let us know what's up with the hours. Its pretty annoying to head to your favorite store only to see its closed for the entire day without ANY notice at all. Love this store but not the way its being run. Kinda seems like this store has been forgotten since there are other more prominent locations. I doubt anyone will read this review but here it is! Please do better for your store and your employees!

Dying store, all of their perishable products have perished. Do not buy anything with an expiration date from this store. I trust the gas station more than these people Besides that, ok place to buy glass i guess. Seems like ownership is only in it for the money rather than providing a quality service. I wouldnt be surprised if this is a tax writeoff, a wife's business that her husband bought her, or a complete money grab by some anonymous entity. Quite possibly all 3.

Girl with black hair and bill ring in her nose was insulting and demeaning to me and other customers! I told her that I had to point to the product I needed because I didn’t know the name. She actually stayed behind a distant counter away from the product I wanted and refused to move, saying that “I prefer that you use your words, sir”. This actually happened! She repeated her pre-school instruction to me regarding”using my words” as I walked across the store, pointed at the product I needed and said “that one there in the middle”. Since it was behind the counter, she again asked me to “use my words”…but I couldn’t read the label from 10 feet away so I continued to say “that one- I can’t read the label from her, but can you please help me? The arrogant young lady angrily grabbed the product from the wall hanger, and acting like she didn’t just insult me, took me to the register and acted like nothing just occurred- that she didn’t just humiliate me in front of an entire store of customers. I will never go there again, because it is plain that they view customers as “problems that they have to overcome. I am 45 yrs old and have never been treated so badly by a vendor who I was trying to give my hard-earned money to! If they go out of business, they should not be confused as to why- your competition 1 mile down the road actually respects their customers and doesn’t insult them when they ask for help. Steel City Vape apologized for glass gallery and said “ we are all not like that”. They seemed to know what I was talking about, as apparently it was not the first time they got business from glass menagerie due to extremely poor customer service.

Fantastic store and convenient place to buy all your CBD AND. Kratom! The store is neatly laid out where the items are easily viewed 🤗. For a person that is a creature of habit, I like to buy the same thing - therefore, this store caught on and without asking, made sure to stock up on my items! Excellent and friendly staff as well !! I usually never have to wait in line, for they already know what I usually want 😊
