Best vape shop in the area! The pricing is reasonable, the store is always clean and organised, and employees are kind and knowledgeable about products and what would be best for your use case. Some places encourage up selling to put profits over people, Iron City doesn't.

I stopped in because my tank glass had broken while here in town. The gentleman that helped me found me a replacement glass after searching for the right fit and wouldn't even charge me since we weren't sure it would work and directed me to another shop just in case. Top notch customer service!

I absolutely love this place! Very fair prices, have a lot of what you need and if they do not have it they will order it for you. I met one of the workers there named Nikki, she was very sweet and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend going to Iron City Vapor Lounge

Wanted to wait until I could visit the shop before I wrote up the review, but since I haven't had the chance to visit the physical shop yet..... I guess I have to rave about the staff (especially the owner!) I was mostly housebound for the earlier part of the year, and through a friend I heard this shop starting selling CBD vape products. I didn't really know what I was talking about/looking for, but the owner was patient, answered my questions thoroughly, and made sure I knew what I was getting. (We all have horror stories of ordering something 'sight unseen', and receiving something entirely different.) My buddy dropped them off to me the next day, and I was ecstatic to find the cartridge I bought was exactly how it was described! I can't thank the owner enough for hooking me up with quality products and now that i'm a bit more mobile, I can't wait to visit the shop and thank him personally (and...you know...to buy more stuff)
