CLOSED BEFORE CLOSING TIME AGAIN! On August 12th, I went out of my way to get a product at this establishment, I even changed my plan to accommodate the odd closing time of 8:15. I arrived at 8:06 and the store was already closed. This is the 2nd time I've encountered this issue. I will not be going back. There are plenty other places that actually want my business.

Came in wanting to buy a nice glass rig, whatever was writhing viewing distance was poorly priced and every time I asked, it was a hassle for the guy to come over from whatever he was doing, which was anything but attending the customer (me). I was clearly interested and planned on walking out with a glass piece, but he was too fixated on configuring the slot machines and then rudely yelled that any piece in the back is $100. Maybe if you would actually show me the glass pieces instead of just yelling a price and going back to your slots. I work at a smoke shop and I can confidently say this is a joke of a business and has most likely just becomes the worker’s getaway spot from home and not attended as a business.

I went into this store for the first time yesterday. I will never go in there again and will state this on my selling site on Facebook with over 7,000 members. The woman behind the counter looked miserable when I went in and her tone in which she spoke to me was horrible and unprofessional. I had heard before that the people in this store were nasty but thought I would give it a try. Well they are right and I will be contacting the home office of this store/chain. It is unbelievable that people can be so rude and miserable. If you don't like your job then leave and find something else preferably where you don't have to deal with any people. I don't care if I have to drive hours to find a store I will NEVER go there.

I will no longer patronize this place. There's an older heavyset woman in there who has never been friendly or courteous. I told this story to many people i know and they have all had some sort of unpleasant encounter with her as well. Two weeks ago I was talking with another customer. She was listening in aka eves dropping and I said something that she obviously didn't like. Remember...I was not speaking to her. She got belligerent and nasty towards me. Obviously she needs a lesson in manners much less customer service. Bad mouthed all NYers. As long as she works there...I will never step inside again. I took my business elsewhere!!

My birthday is August 4th, tried to get a vape September 2nd and he claimed I wasn’t 21 until two more days. After I explained it wasn’t August and that September is after August, he said no again and I walked out confused out of my mind.
