I have been going to the Cigar Box almost the entirety of my military stay while living in Drums (since Sep 2023 until today). The staff is very friendly and personable and make me feel extremely welcome whenever I come to shop. I thoroughly enjoy my visits every time I come in.

Very professionally run establishment. Great customer service. Melissa, one of the associates, is always very friendly and never short with anyone. Still something to be said for how you treat people. That’s why this place is a success and worth a visit for lottery even if you’re not a big cigar person.

Laurie was so accommodating to my son. When we came in, he said his neck was hurting. Laurie immediately got a chair from her office for my son to sit. Where else can you come in for lottery tickets and cigars and get extra special treatment?? Only Cigar Box!

i’ve been going to this place for about a month, and the deals they have for Fogers is amazing. Laurie is one of the best workers. after i get done job corps on friday, i normally stop every 2 weeks to grab a vape and get a deal on another. everyone should stop by to pick one up and get a deal!

Melissa is an unbelievable sales woman and overall great person. She is very knowledgeable and has a glowing personality that makes me smile every time I come into the Cigar Box.
