Ok. Please DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They use to be good but my last few orders from them I have regretted. To many options to deal with BS. Please listen when I tell you they will find a way to piss you off. Either your order will get loss, they won't answer your call or your or your money will be spent and you will be waiting on an order fulfillment. I used them by mistake this time. But this will be my very last time using them on God....

I've been loyal customer for over 4 years, never had any complaints or issues until now. I ordered from them early March, a week went by and I got no updates from them (which was unusual on their end from my experience, they had always been on top of it until recently) I tried contacting their support email after not receiving responses from their website support chat for 2 days and I still never received a response. I requested a refund after no answer for days, and still didn't get a reply. Today, I received a package, but they left out $59 of product and only sent me 1 out of 5 of my items. I don't know when Bearly Legal fell off, but I regret recommending all my friends to their website now. I'm still waiting for any response from support on whether or not they're going to send me my 4 missing items or if they're going to refund me for them, but I'm starting to think they won't. I used to tell everyone I knew to order from them but now I urge anyone looking in the reviews to please don't, they're no longer a trustworthy seller.

I placed an order on March 17, 2026 and still have not received anything, and it is now March 27th. The phone number on the site goes to a voicemail that is full. And none of my emails are being answered. Seems as if the business is closed, but they are still excepting orders and taking money's. But the orders are not being fulfilled and no one is responding to any form of communication when contacted. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PLACE ANY ORDERS with them.

Placed an order on May 11. Got USPS tracking info on May 13. It’s now May 24 and they refuse to actually send the package or respond to my messages despite my card being charged immediately. Thieves.

Ordered from them on April 17, it's now april 28 and no product. Contacted several times, never once got back with me about my order. Will never order from this company again
