Every time I go here it’s a down to earth, genuine interaction. I absolutely love the workers here! Today, 3/18/26, I went in for pods and juice and didn’t know which pods worked with my vape— the employee working today (I never caught her name) was immensely helpful and so funny! She was so sweet! I just thought I’d leave a nice review, I know a lot of shops around here don’t get “good” recognition and this place 100% deserves the good reputation they have!! Love it!! ❤️

The store is convenient. It's the only one I can walk to from home and I don't drive. So I appreciate that 💯, I do get annoyed at the opening time not always happening when its supposed to. I've waited outside over half an hour a few times on the late employees to show up for their shift. So my recommendation, if you can help it, go later in the day, there in no hurry to open and serve the line waiting. I go there mostly for the thca products and love that they sell flower that helps my anxiety and overall well-being. I must be honest though, I don't typically buy my vapes from there, because the selection is so limited for 1, and for 2 they no longer sell geek bars say they have a hard time getting them in, say they aren't making them anymore and suggest trying other things. Meanwhile, its been a year, and I'm still smoking geek bars only I buy from other vape shops in the area. They got no problem keeping them in stock plus a wide variety 10× bigger at star vape. Only like a mile farther away. At the same time, vape lab is the best place for quality and good prices on that flower. Thank you so much for that. Just wish you had better hours... EARLIER..and LATER!!! AND staff that properly shows up and opens on time and stays open till the the sign 8pm says its supposed to close. Js. It's really bad for business and beyond annoying to your loyal regular customers that come there more than once a week like me. Just some constructive criticism to help the company evolve and get more business. Hate to complain. Love the service on thca flower when I can get it.

I came here after going to the smoke shop in Franklin village because the service there was TERRIBLE and they profile people incorrectly. The Vape Lab totally redeemed smoke shops for me and she was soo sweet. I'll be going back every time I visit family!

Went on a whim due to the nearby Puff Discount having a much smaller selection, easily the best decision I've made recently. Prices are good, service is impeccable, and the only complaint I have is that I can't be in there more often. I'd fully recommend going here if you're up-in-the-air in Kittanning, they have loads of name-brand items and a lot of unique variety of said brands.

This is by far the most preferred shop I have been to, the owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and outgoing. The atmosphere is friendly versus business, they will work with you on any questions or concerns and educate you. I’ve been going for almost a year now and it is definitely my first choice since day one and recommend The Vape Lab to everyone with confidence. The flavor selection never fails and the hardware section is vast. Check them out for a positive experience every time.
