Not easy to run a business sometimes. They are open 90 percent of the time is says… if you call ahead of time they’ll pick up and tell you if they are there… if your worried about it so much call ahead… they’re good ppl and offer solid services that not every shop can offer.

Drove from York during their business hours to shop. Arrived at 3:30p. Lights were on. Sign said open and gave it even gave the time they were closed for “breaks” They should have been open but door was locked. Rang the doorbell and no one ever came to door. I called - no one answered the phone - it just rang… if they stepped away, they could have given a time on the door that they were returning.

they have crazy reasonable prices and hella wildberry incense- shout out to eli they are super sweet and knowledgeable if you are a newcomer. they also gave me their unopened lemonade because there was no water. thank you 💙💙💙

Never had a problem with her before but I guess she’s having a bad day today. The lady with the green hair had a nasty attitude today so I decided to cancel my purchase and walked out empty handed, I don’t give my business to rude people…i don’t care if you’re having a bad day, you are AT WORK ACT PROFESSIONAL!! I’ve been a long time customer of Puff N Stuff but after this experience I’m NEVER shopping here again
