Biggest issue is the guy behind the counter, he is always there no matter what day I go or what time it is. All he ever does is suggest something more expensive than what I am asking for it has gotten on my last nerve. The only reason I rate 3 stars is because they used to have the best items and at least a good rotation of employees to deal with. I am probably never coming back and if you are a new customer please avoid this place at all costs and go to a vape shop at least they have more things to choose from this place is bone dry now with their selection!

No body goes to the store they take your money and don’t give you your change back and laugh in your face and it was first time there to bad customer service and they have mouses and rotten stuff in there

This place is great! The guy working behind the counter was so sweet and understanding. I was a little short on cash and he helped me. I'll be going to that store instead of my usual store. Kings vape is always after your money. Never would they give me this offer and thats facts!! Thanks Smoke and Chill!

Amazing customer service and great options to choose from! I just recently bought a vape from smoke and chill and it did not work, i went back in to show them and instantly, no questions asked they gave me a new one! Great experience
