I’ve been a frequent customer at the Puff n Snuff in Lewistown for quite some time, but my recent experience was so unprofessional we will absolutely never be buying from this dirt hole again. My wife went in to purchase a vape and had our 4-year-old son with her. While she was checking out, our son was quietly looking at the candy near the counter. An employee named Andrew suddenly yelled at our son for no clear reason. When my wife politely asked him not to speak to our child that way, he escalated the situation by telling her to leave and said, “There’s the door,” in front of other customers. It was completely unnecessary and deeply embarrassing. My wife left the store shaken, and our son was visibly upset. This is absolutely unacceptable and not the way anyone should conduct a business. We have emailed the CEO and corporate office and we're absolutely reporting this to the BBB if we receive no response, again this is absolutely unacceptable and needs to be address so this never happens again to any other customer. As for us, we will gladly take our business to the vape shop down the street where the staff is 100x more professional.

As far as smokes they carry everything, but as far as customer service the tall skinny girl with the glasses is super rude,

So rude. Everybody is so broke right now and scrounging up change. Was told there is a 40 coin limit and would not take $6 worth of quarters and dimes. It’s literally money.. no reason it shouldn’t be excepted. Very poor business will not be returning.

Best cigarette prices in town! They accept coupons on packs as well as cartons. They have vapes, cigars, soda, lottery tickets, candles, candy, ashtrays, Rolling machines (manual & electric). They sell loose tobacco and tubes for cheaper prices than buying cigarettes by the pack for those who are on a budget. Located right down from town.

No smoking smoke shop...what a joke.
